I had ordered a personalised cushion from Ferns and petals which ha a same day delivery option for 05/08/20. The price of the product was almost double then the similar product available on amazon still I choose to buy bcoz of same day delivery and also opted for premium delivery which was chargeable.
They were unable to deliver the product but they didn't inform me and no status was updated on the app as well.i called to ask the status of my order they said the product is not available you can choose cake or flower instead of a "customised gift". Before ordering I had also confirmed with the customer care about the availability and then I placed the order
