I ordered rakhi for my brother on 15 aug 24 (54975344) the delivery date was showing as 16 aug. Today its 18 aug and till rakhi was not delivered, when I reached out to customer service they said they will resolve this issue in 24-48 hr and rakshabandhan is tomorrow morning. My question is why you are showing delivery dates if you cant deliver on that day. They are clearly misleading. If i have known delivery date will be 19 or something i would have ordered from somewhere else. When i was placing the order they never mentioned that there will be a third party involved. This is last time i ordered anything from fnp and for all readers i would say if you have any special occasion dont rely on fnp they will tuin it big time.
