I bought a Fenesta window for my house, but I had a bad experience. The people who helped me were not nice or helpful. They did not tell me when the window would come, and it took a long time to get it. I tried to talk to them, but they did not answer my messages or phone calls.
When the window finally came, it was not what I wanted. It was not closed properly, and there were spaces between the window and the wall. The person who put it in did not tell me how to take care of it, which was very annoying.
