So FedEx is something which gave me a horrible consequence and I am still a victim .
This courier is slowest in delivery and their customer service is something called as worst.
I also ordered something online and I waited one month for my parcel to receive but till date, I am waiting for it.
When I call them for service or queries , they say it will reach me in two days.
So their so called fast delivery is a snail crawl.
FedEx is never a reliable courier and it has very less no of branches in India.
Don't use it.
