Fedex always tends to be the best courier service provider but I have read many negative reviews Fedex in past and recently I have faced a problem. I had ordered an item from ebay and it was dispatched from Ahmedabad to Navsari vide AWB no. 779950310446. Fedex services are very slow and I was knowing it will definitely take 3 days to deliver. Shree Maruti and other courier takes 24 hours to deliver a shipment from Ahmedabad to Navsari. My shipment had arrived in Surat on 16th August and estimated delivery date was 16th August. The shipment was out for delivery from noon around 1 pm however it was not delivered till 3 pm so I called Fedex customer care and the executive who was a lady assured me with guranteed delivery on 16th August by 8 pm. However the shipment was not delivered. Surprisingly I got email from Fedex stating that the delivery address is incorrect. I am receiving all the letters, parcels on the same address and how it was possible that address would stand incorrect. But I know Fedex since 2004 when I was using international services of Fedex. These people are just for big name, otherwise their services are the poorest one. Second thing they are liers. I know Fedex has not tried for delivery and just updated status on web about incorrect address and also sent a mail. These are fake people. Beware of them. I am also not going to contact them because my aadhar card, electricity bill, gas bill and all other legal documents bear the same address which is mentioned on my parcel through Fedex. Fedex will deliver the parcel tomorrow and tomorrow the same address will become correct for them. The fact is that they did not try to deliver the parcel today so they pointed out fake reason that the address is incorrect. All online shopping stores must not ship through Fedex. Just beware and highlight such issues to public if you face anytime unfortunately.
