Had a bad experience with FedEx.. third time probably. Mumbai to Bangalore is a four day delivery for them and they think thats normal !! Delhi-Bangalore shipments by India Post take that long. Tracking system is hardly updated..Helpline is not updated. Charges are high.. Then what's the big deal.


I dont think as a company they are geared to operate effectively in India or are even serious about it. The ratings say it all. Take it or leave it attitude of FedEx and its Customer Service will hardly get them any domestic footprint.
