Hi, I am going to share with you about my personal opinion on one of the courier services i.e FedEx. I had ordered a few items from the website bakewala.com. The items include the essence, silicon moulds, compound chocolates, wrappers, cake moulds etc. It was arranged by the FedEx courier service to deliver them to the doorstep. FedEx took more than 15 days to dispatch my ordered products. It failed to deliver on time. Every time I called them they say that we will deliver them the next day but they won't. I was disappointed by their services. After repeated calling a day they delivered after 15 days. Their customer service is really bad. so never make anyone use this courier services.
