I would like to share my feedback that Excitel does not have capacity to provide hassle less internet services.
I have been struggling from last 8 months to resolve my internet speed and dis-connectivity issue. They are not able to resolve it and resolution does work for maximum 2 days only after then same issue arises. I have been telling them that there are many packet loss and please rectify that issue but they really bother. They do not have SLA bounded service.
You won't able to work official work on this internet, if you are a normal user for internet like browsing or watching youtube videos then it is fine otherwise do not opt it for office work or if you have to do video conferencing, live streaming.
