The internet plans and connection speed both are decent, but if you face any issue then forget about getting any support. They have the worst possible support, resolutions are never provided on time and sometimes they're never provided at all, just a temporary fix and the problem keeps occurring. I had 4 months of subscription pending and I have been sitting without internet for last 15 days and when I'm asking them to terminate the connection and give me the refund they are denying the refund stating that prepaid amount cannot be refunded.
