First of all let me talk about the service.
In one sentence, i can say that, it is pathetic.
If you call them today, they will come next week .That too with multiple calls.
The technicians are not trained to deal with the product .
I called them for a tap leak .They replaced the tap and it was still leaking .
One day they came for regular service, they cleaned the filter and water was leaking from some where.
If you take a AMC they are supposed to come once in a quarter and clean filter.
None bothers to do this and we need to call them for that also .
Last time when they came, the guy did not cleaned the filter, reason is we will replace the filter in
couple of months.
AMC cost is around Rs 5500 and we started getting hard water in 9 months of usage.
