I have called up call center multiple times for wall mounted stand installation. No response. They don't even track the SR numbers. every time they provide new SR. I have ended up calling Call center and wasting money. My service request number is SR NO: 66638762. I am surprised to see such a big company having such a poor service. I feel pity that we have such big names surviving in our country still.

We should just ban their product and drag them to court for fooling around customers.
