I had purchased a Aquaguard Magna through Direct sales executive of Eureka Forbes Pralay Dutta -9060149 Kolkata. Mobile No:-91-9062****** Invoice No:-1244110549 dated 19.02.2015.
During negotiation sales personal assured a discount of Rs 1000 on the MRP price and also confirmed that desired approval has came however now he is reluctant on his words
On the assurance of the sales guy I had done the complete payment and given my bank details for the refund of the discount amount. Since then I am chasing with pralay but he is not giving a proper response.
These false commitment to do sales gives a bad image to a brand like eureka forbes and these type of sales person should be penalized.
I warn every body not to believe on any verbal commitment of sales person and be careful while purchasing eureka forbes products.
