Hi, BEWARE. NEVER BUY EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD water purifier. I bought this company's water purifier to my old parents, going after the name & assuming reasonably good after sales service. We also had AMC for 5 years. Now, when the problem comes, we are very tired of sending mails, calling their customer care, they don't respond. Even if they respond, they say some one will attend, but no one attends. They just dont seem to care about the customers.
They want money from sales and AMC. That's all. We have lost time & money on this product.
PLEASE DON'T GET INTO THIS TRAP.
