Horrible customer care service from Eureka Forbes. I have raised complain about vacuum cleaner approx 2 months back. After regular followups on phone their person came and said I will come and fix it. He never turned up again.

I was so frustrated and finally I raised webrequest(445CD53101) so that I can use their escalation matrix. I was surprised that even after escalation up to three levels, there was no response.

I have read very bad reviews about service of Eureka Forbes and now I can relate to it.

I never recommend anyone to buy this company's products.
