Pathetic service. Review on ePayLater

Please do not use it. The service is really very very bad. The credits donot reflect and only the debits show up. I made few purchases on irctc using epaylater, I cancelled a ticket and the refund amount donnot show up in the statement not the amount is deducted from my outstanding. I made a partial payment with great difficulty as I made purchase on different dates and the payby date was different for different transaction. I paid using mpesa by vodafone and even that amount dosen't show up in the statement nor the outstanding amount. So basically only the debits show and they show that way and your outstanding amount remains. I have been interacting with the customer care and none were able to resolve the issue. So dont use it, dont know how this is going the resolve and how my CIBIL score is going to be effected due to this.
