I like to drink Ensure nutritious shake drinks in the morning because it loads you up for the day. I haven't tested the plus edition, but the original version is still really strong. The vanilla taste is really rich and smooth, and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to start their day with a full stomach in a short period of time.
