Writing in very brief words. Long story cut short.I ordered something on 5th March 2015 and got an email saying it will be delivered in 7 to 10 days.
I waited till 26th March.no delivery.I called up on customer care.I was told the product is yet to be dispatched.i cancelled the product since delivery was taking a lot of time. Today, 30th June, Its 4 months, I am still waiting for refund. I have a record of 23 mails that I wrote to them asking for refund and I have received 3 mails from them asking for 4 days more to close this every time.
Inspite of asking to cancel the product on 26th March, the product was dispatched on 30th March and god knows where it is.
It has been showing delivered in their records and they have not been able to track. After 4 months, I am still waiting for my refund. A lady called Arifa convinced that I would get my refund by 20th June and after that neither she has been coming on the phone line nor responding to emails. The last option for me now is to place a formal complaint.
