Would like to inform you that I am living in indore city of mp with my 2 child’s and wife .
I am not having tv in my home and after thinking a lot I consider the demand of my wife and child’s for buying a tv online via Flipkart ,
I placed an order from Flipkart a few days ago. And paid 71000 threw my credit card this is my 3 month salary , For Hisense 7 k Qled tv and 1.5 ton voltas ac and me and my whole family happiness is depend on this delivery because we eagerly waiting to see tv in our home and my child’s are below 6 yrs so every morning he asked me about the tv before eating n sleeping
Hopefully My expected Delivery date was 7 th November , meanwhile i got a sms from Ekart in early morning where Wishmaster number was there along with the Tracking number.

On the same date around 1:31pm i got a message your parcel will be delivered before 9 pm and give otp to wishmaster after open box
Then e master call me in afternoon that I am at your adress for delivery
I told him to wait for 30 min because I am also in office then his replay is very shocking he asked me to share the delivery code and told me we can’t wait for you if you have wish to see the tv then you can come as fast possible and we put your tv at near by flats
I reach at home via 12 km long traffic way but there was wishmaster not available when I call him then he told me he has many business to do not only my tv delivery is the priority and every day he has to reach at his near by village by 5:00 pm
Do delivery is not possible and he will come for delivery by tomorrow same time , I making a request to him for coming between 4to 9 pm for delivery do I can chek my item
But sudden he put me call and disconnected in 1 second then I got message your are not available for delivery attempt
Next day again he call me n give half ring only when I call back to him his phone number not reachable for the rest of the day Same message I received again you are not available for delivery attempt this was my second attempt
This process again happens on third day of delivery but this time I start to make call this person again n again for delivery because my family everyday asked to me about tv only there is no Diwali excitement in my child due to tv not delivered to my home
On third day I call 100 times to delivery executive he didn’t respond and he is playing smart by dropping missed call in my phone again and again
And whenever I try to reach wishmaster number he is busy and on another call
I hopeless and going back to my home and faced my whole family very disappointed
This wishmaster is very smart to making fool customer by dropping a call and it seems like we are not interested to receive paid parcel worth 71 k
And Flipkart reject my order without my concern or call
After waiting more then 10 days and after paying 70000 my order was rejected due to your wishmaster fake story
You can evaluate my trust towards Flipkart I again order tv and this time it was coming on 20 th November
So who is responsible for my family happiness
I want justice and action against this wishmaster he break the dream and trust of my family
He is playing with our emotions since 3 days
Please chek also calling ring duration of your wishmaster they are only dropping miss call in customer number for going home to early .
My order was not delivered when i did get my both products even though I did not get any call from Ekart Delivery executive.
Now you guys please suggest to me without my permission or without delivering the product how come your wishmaster delivery not attempted . Still I have not received my other Volta ac booked product, i am waiting since long.So you people are doing fraud with customer.I need the proper justification here otherwise i will go to escalate this in the next level or social media as well.
