Last month I formally enrolled for DEVOPS Training at Edureka. Initially, the customer service was polite and prompt. But I experienced difficulties during the first session onward. I immediately contacted the customer support and asked them to cancel my enrollment and provide me with full refund and I asked to change the enrolled for DEVOPS to RPA.This company took money from us for providing tution of an IT course of "DEVOPS".etc. We chose an instructor based on the sample video recording they sent. However, after following up with them 2-3 times they couln't schedule a class with our chosen instructor and finally they told that very instructor is not working with them anymore.Their support team is highly unskilled and there are only 2-3 guys in their support team who search for answers online and provide those links as answers for all the courses.They are not provide 24*7 support
