Most of the time delivery boys have rude behavior or they make excuses by blaming that customer has not picked up their call. I had an order of medicines from 1mg. But the delivery boys just give a little missed call. When I called back, he spoke very rudely and updated the status as address is unlocatable and returned the parcel. I complaint to 1mg, they managed to again send me the order but ecom delivery boys did again same misconduct. They give a little missed call just for formality, so that they can say that they have given call to customer but he didn't picked. I called back the same minute again and then he requested me that he is getting late and will deliver the parcel next day. I got agreed but he cheated by again updating address unlocatable. They did this so many times...
