Ordered something on snapdeal and the used this "worst in the world" company to fulfill the order. My estimated order date was 1 june but its 8 june and still haven't received my order or any call from this company. I am more disappointed with snapdeal too . I never expected them to choose such an irresponsible courier service.
They contacted me last time on 1 june saying that we do not have any round at your area so we will fulfill your order next day. Later its been over 5 days and I haven't received any call from them. I contacted them today and they said we visited several times to your address and you were not available. They just made fake excuses as I have provided my residential address and I am there almost 24 x 7. They didn't also made any call to me . I have a message for this poor company " If you are unable to find a address kindly contact customers to make sure about it.
I dont think anyone would mind paying you people 1-2 rupees extra for your call rates."
