Very worst courier service. Review on EcomExpress Courier

This is a very worst courier service I have been experienced in my life. I have ordered a book of 7500 rs from Flipkart and they used ECOM EXPRESS for dilivery. The parcel arrived at Ahmedabad on 03-010-22 and on 04-10-22 I have received massage that it is out for delivery with OTP number also given customer care number and pin for contact. After some time I have received another massage citting that dilivery was failed due to address not locatable. I am surprised that my address is Vishala Circle in Ahmedabad is as famous as Hotel Taj in Mumbai!!! I tried to connect courier company on number given in massege, it asked for pin, once I entered pin than it says my number is not registered and phone got cut. If my number is not registered, how I got OTP and pin number on this number? If address is not located, why the agent not contacted me on my mobile number? I have tried to connect on customer care number given on website but it ask for type this and that but once we type it says ether wrong input or No input from you, then it says you have completed maximum attempts and then phone cut. I have tried almost 50 times. I have also send attached massage on website two times but no response from them. I am ready to pick my courier by myself but no address or contact details are available from Google or Flipkart customer care. This book is very urgent for me and courier company is not sending any person or not contacting me by phone. I am mentally disturbed but I am unable to do anything. Any one can help me to connect them? It is very urgent courier for me. Any one help me to go for legal against this fraud company. Zero Star for this courier company.
