I so wish I had read reviews in Mouthshut before making an order. I am also a victim of Mi 20800 powerbank. I should have done some background check before ordering.my bad .but it was an impusive buy as I didn't think much on it and ordered. This website is a bunch of cheats. DO NOT BUY anything from them. Just AVOID this site and their return policy is horrible. The product is bad and it doesn't even charge my 3000 mah battery to 100%. and when I asked for return, it seems we need to pay for courier and send to Delhi and if they find faulty they will replace but no refund. PATHETIC
