I had tried ebay for first time & facing too much issues. As I had ordered Leather gloves on 21st of january & I received the product in damaged condition so filed my claim on ebay for replacement or refund but not getting any response from their side till date.
Whenever I try to explain my problem they revert with the same reply we had escalated your request to the concerned department you will get your refund within 7-10 working days. I am attaching screenshot of my claim
