WORST SERVICE . I booked a cab for 7PM from near MG ROAD to AJAYANGAR OFFICE They gave me a reference number as confirmation for booking AND A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE .The cab didn't turn up till 8.30PM, so I gave a call with the ref number. they confirmed that the cab will reach in less than 5 mins.
However TILL 9.00 PM the cab didn't come. When I inquired again, They told the cab was cancelled as they didn't have it ready..They didn't inform me prior to that. It was really embarrassing for me. Never book this cab and don't refer to any of your friends.
Manager was called up for the same issue, and there was no proper answer and he was misbehaving at the last moment, me being a gal has to disconnect the call as was using vulgar words and started talking about personal details and asking for my home address.
His name was abrar was responsible for the management but being in such responsible position he was behaving like a street dog.
