I used easy cab a lot of time in Delhi and Bangalore. but recently I observed due to introduction of low cost cab services in competition the quality of easy cab has gone down drastically. first there is no time commitment they keep on rescheduling trips and pick up to optimize there cost and do not care about customer urgency.
Last month I was about to miss my flight because of easy cab changes in pick up schedule. And when I complained the driver was so arrogant to listen. on the other side the customer care was acting helpless and said he can not do anything as the pick up timing and schedule is as per company procedure. They charge high and services are way low and unpromising.
