The Dunzo partner disappeared with my food parcel worth Rs..700 and never picked up our calls.
On multiple try’s we got through the helpline and all they did was apologise and just refund the transportation money. They dint even check where there delivery partner had disappeared.
Today it’s good, tomorrow it could be something really expensive. They are just not trustworthy with our personal stuff as they have control over their delivery partner.
So watch out before you handover your precious things to them
