My cousin sent me one courier from the help of DTDC brand from mumbai to bangalore ( Jayanagar) and she mentioned right pincode .and first and more most delivery was delayed by 3 days and finally it arrived to bangalore and when it came he took to wrong location ( Indiranagar) and he is calling me to pick the parcel I was asking him to come to right location and give me the products , he was not able to understand. It was completely messed up then parcel went back again to wearhouse .then I reached to customer care and got it sorted totally received my products after 9 days .
Worst seevice when it comes to courier delivery peolpe also very rude.
