Dear Customers,
I have never observed any pathetic service more than that provided by DTDC couriers. I delivered a packet on 12th July' 2018 from Apna Bazar, Gurgaon for onward delivery by 13th or maximum by 14th July' 2018. The packet was containing a duly filled format and a cheque to be submitted in a reputed school within Gurgaon. The courier did not reach the destination till expiry of last date, i.e. 20th July' 2018. I kept on calling their Customer Care department who hardly pick up any call after half an hour. All the team members never bothered to find out my missing courier on time. Last date of submission of the fee expired but my courier did not reach the destination before last date.
Dear friends, Never ever send any couriers through DTDC. It will be better if you send the documents by Speed Post. Please avoid any sort of risk in future by never utilizing the DTDC services.
