DTDC is always my first preference when it comes to Couriers.As a regular online shopper, I have came across most of the couriers.What makes DTDC so special for me is that they have never damaged any of my packages .
They always had reached me intact without any damage, not even a scratch.The people of DTDC are providing some real respect to their customers .
They are good in handling them as well.Me myself and Many of my friends have encountered problems of package missing and unexpected returns from other courier companies.But DTDC was always prompt in delivering the item.
They calls me several times even if I miss their call.It was just last week I send out my first courier to delhi.Until last weak I was always a receiver.So far the packer movement is satisfactory and I will edit this review if anything bad happens.I am almost sure that nothing bad will happen to my packet as my hope in DTDC is high.The only complain I have in DTDC services is that there consignment tracking is not very effective.They are slow in updating and are down most of the time.If not for this web service I would have rates 5 stars for DTDC.I like the attitude of the DTDC staff, they wer e always kind and nice to me.
