I have used DTDC in the past and was extremely happy with their service. However, for a while they have been providing substandard service. What is extremely annoying is the customer care department. The number is available on the website, but no one answers the phone! When someone does pick up, it automatically disconnects! A document that I sent about a week ago (within the state) has not reached the destination. Their reasoning is that it was supposed to be delivered to another state!
The tracking facility does not work and we are automatically directed to customer care - the same story. Really wish that the people will take into account the needs of the people instead of claiming to get the job done in a jiffy.
Would I recommend them - no way.
Would I use them again - not sure
Is the staff courteous - who knows they do not answer
Does the franchise work okay - they are relatively ok but request you to call customer care
So where does a customer stand when the document does not get delivered and is not returned to the sender's address?
