Hello friend,
I want to share my personal experience with you about my visit to Dr Batra's Clinic. I visit there near about 2 months ago along with my parents. I visit there for my medical treatment as prescribed by the doctors but I am very disappointed from there services.
As the treatment and behavior of the staff is not that good as expected, they are not willing to answer my any question. So the staff is not very helpful and they have assisted me but not very well.
The infrastructure of the clinic is good which provide a great feeling to me.
The equipments which they are using for the treatments are not new they all are old and traditional. This old equipments are not soo helpful as they are not providing accurate answers for proper treatment.
Other than old equipments this clinic is also lack in moderan methods of treatment. Every clinic must update themself for the proper treatment of the patient but they have not prepared there staff to learn the new thing's for the Quality treatment of the staff.
Finally I will say that this clinic is average in its performance, average in treatments of patients.
