Worst outlet of dominos india, never satisfies customer and zero cooperation with customers. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Domino’s Hajipur. There is absolutely no cooperation from the staff when it comes to handling customer issues. They don’t listen properly, are rude in their responses, and show no willingness to resolve complaints. I ordered food which was delayed and cold, but instead of helping, they kept giving excuses. The attitude towards customers is careless and unprofessional. It’s very upsetting to see such poor service from a reputed brand. This experience has ruined my trust in Domino’s Hajipur, and I won’t be ordering again unless the service improves drastically.
