I had a very bad experience with their online delivery. They delivered it one and a half an hour late. The customer service people were also wernt picking up the call. It was so frustrating because we dint know if the order was actually place or not . I never went to the shop in person so I dont really know bout the ambiance. I am damn sure that I aint ordering from that branch again
