I have been using DNA's service since 2016 and I am really satisfied with it. Earlier I used Tikona for five years and it was very stressing. DNA's has good plans and the Google-based site like Youtube works at 20x speed. The customer support service is a pretty good only drawback is that I have to wait at least 10 minutes to get the call connected to the executive. Now, they have launched their application which has features like submit a complaint, bill pay etc.
Above things change during monsoon season as due to lightning their adapters and switch are destroyed. They even ask to switch off the wifi routers to customers as a precaution because of the thunderstorms destroys LAN card. Also, with long power cuts disrupts the service because their battery doesn't give enough back up(max 12 hours). Although such instance happens once or twice a year.
