Picture and sound quality of this service is the only good thing compared to other aspects in these services. There is not much problem in this. The worst part is their customer service. Right from the installation, their service is not at all good, in fact worst, they took around one week for installation purpose. I tried to talk to customer care, but they were simply forwarding the call to their supervisor. Then he simply say sorry and ask for apology and will say that they will send the operator by tomorrow. But, he didn't come on the next day. After 3 days he came, then he set up the dish and asked for the tip. Don't they get their salaries? The next thing is that, if any repair occurs, once again it is a big process to be solved. First we need to call to the customer service, then we need to file the complaint and once again the operator need to come. Again he will take long time to come. Don't ask about how many days. I think they also don't know about it. Now coming to channels, they try to fool us by keeping wrong titles for the packages. We must check it clearly and should get the clarity about it. This service is not at all worth for every penny.
