I talked with one of the customer care person named Pooja bisen. She is so rude and not interested to listen my queries. I was searching for YouTube marketing and YouTube SEO course but she doesn't listen my queries and talked with me on a loud voice. If their customer service agent is that much bad, why I will go for their courses? May be they have so many students, but behaviour should be polite.
