I purchased this laptop three and half years before, as it provided many feature's for an affordable cost price. This product was trending and many people were buying this laptop, so even I purchased one for myself. At the beginning this laptop gives you a great service. The speed is also good, The processor did not used to hang and also the display and audio quality was great.
But this only lasted for six months. After using it for six month's one day while using this laptop, its entire screen turned blue. No pointer was showing up and no icons were displayed. I visited the Dell service center as it was in one year guarantee period. But since that day, the processing speed of this laptop was very slow. It used to take a lot of time to start and shutdown, also for installing any software it used to consume a lot of time. The sound quality was deteriorating day by day.
Finally a year after using this laptop, I replaced it with Sony VAIO. I do not recommend this product as it a wait of money and also its processing speed is slow and does not provide the required quality.
