This is the worst logistics service in my experience. When you call them on their customer support number 01246719500, their number is busy 247 and there is no call awaiting system. Also there is no ticket raising options for customers. The delivery executives will try to contact you by the end of the day after 4PM, this is their trademark practice. Their own convenience is their first priority, not customers'. I would NOT recommend Delhivery.
