Delhivery Pazhaynnur had recently proved how pathetically they fail in helping the whole organization in achieving their vision of becoming a world-class leader in their segment. The service personnel doesn't even the basic etiquette to do a proper customer interaction. I had an Amazon order which was supposed to be delivered to me at location in Venganellore, Chelakkara which is around 15KM from the location of the Delhivery Pazhayannur branch. Despite of me calling them several times requesting to deliver the product, they just returned the item to the seller by holding it for more than 1-1.5 weeks. Upon my initial follow-up for delivery, it was told that my address was incorrect. I then provided my correct address, landmark and also multiple phone numbers on which they can get to me. Still they just sent the product back without any reasons. Moreover the person who attends the phone at Delhivery Pazhayannur, needs a training on how to work with the customer. If Delhivery needs to grow as a word-class leader, these basic corrections should definitely be made.
