They dont have any customer support number. Their managers and courier boys are very rude and non responsive people. They all try to befool you in the name of their processes. They will irritate you to the extreme and show attitude also. They say they are not accepting you as a real person if you dont recieve otp from there side. They are not ready to consider any govt ids or any email from the dispachter even that this packet belongs to you. This is a most ridiculous thing that you dont have any other way to prove your identity except for OTP.
