I ordered flowers on their website on 12th feb for delivery to my girlfriend in Delhi on 14th. they had this banner flashing all over their website saying "GUARANTEED delivery on valentine's day'. well guess what, not only did they not deliver on the 14th, they just lost my order.
I must have called them 20 times to find outt what was going on, but they just dont pick up their phone. then I had to ask my girlfriend, who is in Delhi, to try their Delhi number. imagine how embarrassing was that. after trying for about two days, she finally got through only to have to deal with their incompetent and extremely rude customer rep who said "we lost your order, but we will ship the flowers immediately now".
All in all, a poor business with no ethics. imagine how embarrassing it was for me to ask my girlfriend to call these suckers and ask them about where her valentine's flowers were. Save yourself some unnecessary headache, and don't fall for their GUARANTEED delivery claims
