I faced two problems, You can see the pdf screenshot Navnath who is executive of deccan clap told us that he will do cleaning+chemical filling+1 coat primer + 2 coat damp proof.After agreeing upon this I have him 500 rupees advance to start work. But 1 dar prior starting of work he sends me this pdf the second screenshot & didn't informed me verbally or in written that he has removed 1 coat primer.
He said to check & agree before work gets started because he didn't start the work for 2 days after taking token amount. But as we had already given token amount on agreeing on this I didn't checked the second pdf & he changed the quotation after getting advance without informing me verbally or on chat that he has changed the quotation & removed 1 coat primer.
Before starting the work navnath had given term & condition for payment as follows:
1)40% payment on first day of work before work even starts
2) 40% after 50% work is done
3) 20% after work is completed
As agreed I paid 40% on the day as soon as staff arrived for work.& next 40% was on completion of half work. Now only 10% work is done & he is telling give me next 40% payment or else workers will not come tomorrow. He says company has taken out their profit & not given us money for material. He says if you don't give money then your 6400 is gone you won't even be able to find me or office branch.
He has already taken 6400 from us & material used is only waterproofing chemical worth 800 rupees. Now he didn't sent staff to complete the work & my work is pending since past 2 days with no surety of it being completed. My 6400 rupees are looted by this fraud Company. I tried contacting vahid, Mounika, basha from their team but all in vain, no one is answering my calls or replying on chat.
I would not suggest anyone getting their work done. If you feel you are getting it for very cheap donot agree for payment till more than 50% of work is completed & first visit their office personally in your city so that you can catch hold of these fraudsters in case of such scam.
