I have bought a Datsun Redi Go car in October 2018. One of the primary reasons to shortlist this car was the Datsun Care package, which they have advertised on their website.
Based on the promises made, I bought the car. I had done payment for Datsun care package. Even after 50 days from the delivery date, still, they have not given'Datsun car' package confirmation.
If you are a new buyer and if you are attracted by after sales support and the package contents. Be warned, even writing to top guys in the company wouldn't help. In this company, nobody cares about the customer.
After some mail exchanges, the issue is solved.Apple Nissan(Nissan dealer in Bangalore) had collected 24K for the Datsun care package.Which was 4.7K more than actual price.Complained about this to Datsun customer care.I got 4.7K payment exccess amount collected, returned by the dealer.Thanks to Datsun for addressing the issue.
