I am using d2h services for 3 years. Product looks cheap quality and looks broken anytime. Need frequent reset. But now settop box completely broken Issue not resolved after 3 weeks of follow up and they taken charges provided faulty and old settop box, also charged extra for adapter which working fine, by cheating.
Last 3 week no services provided and subscription not working they have taken money to exchange devices and daily deducting money for subscription.
Looks like company run by very cheap promoters they are charging money and not providing service. No ethics in company charging or looting money without providing services. Customer support put call on hold by saying transferring call to senior executive which never happen and need to wait 15-30 mins after that hang up the call since no response.
Worst d2h service provider.
