VIDEOCON D2H

Guys, now about 1.5 years ago, I was used to VIDEOCON D2H. I had bought this product approx 1400 Rs with one month free subscription offer. It’s a normal set of box not HD. first thing is The company says the installation is free but that’s not true. When the installation man come in my home he fixed the d2h very normaly and after fixed he Was seeking money. I said to him that company say’s the installation is free so why you asking for money he told this is my charges and I don’t know any thing. So I had to pay him money.

Guys, since I bought this product I was very upset that day. Daily signal disappeared.after use 3 month its Was damaged. Did not work properly. Was closed automatically. Then I called to customer care. One time service

engineer came and told Box has to be replaced. After that no body came and fix it. Then I just had to call private engineer whose I had to pay the fine While he was on guarantee. After that when I tell this customer care he told me that my complain is closed and submit re-complain.

All the more Poor Quality of Audio and Video. Multiple complaints have been raised. So I decided to change it and purchase another company d2h. so friend be carefully before purchase this product.
