I had ordered 5 packet of similac2 product on 18/12/23. I received the product after 10 days after several follow-ups. After opening the packet I found that one packet was damaged and powder was leaking from the packet. I shared all the required information like several pics, bar code, MRP tag to get either replacement or refund of one damaged product. In spite of my several request and countless no. of calls(attempeted over 30-40 calls) and my precioyus time, Cureka denied any replacement or refund. They are asking for un-boxing video. I told them generally while opening any product who made video, I have pics to prove, but they denied. Cureka is not trustable and according to my experience this is no customer friendly company. They have stopped receiving my call now.
