I purchased a laptop from croma retail on 26th jan 2016 and till now I have not received any update regarding product delivery updates.
the customer care team is useless and has no details whatsoever for your purchased product. Croma moreover is maintaining separate teams for online purchased items and the team is horrible. moreover it is very sad that they still say they are a TATA enterprise.
the customer team gives fake promises like in 24 hour update will be given and other misleading promises of look into matter with priority.
I have purchased an Acer laptop and since the stock was unavailable they are not willing to do anything. worst part is it is still getting sold on website even with stock issues.
stay away from croma and be happy.
