Everyone.....
Looks like I am also a victim of country vacation by paying one lac rs. for 5 yrs of vacation plus land.
I have called them so many times for booking the hotel. But none of the time they r able to book the hotel. I have really made a mistake by giving them 1 lac. Now I am suffering like anything.
I have not yet got the country club membership card. I am not getting any reply from them. Its been 3 months I am have been calling them. But no response.
Can anyone tell me whether I can file a case in consumer court for refund money from them. Did any one tried to get such kind of refund. Even if I cancelled the membership I would get 20% of the total amount given. This is really bad. They really blackmail people emotionally.
I also have some contacts with bangalore mirror and times now. If any one is victim pls let me know. I have plan to give some info in news paper about them.
This way we can save emotional people from being a victim of them.
