Initially, your offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free and discounted pricing were quite attractive. But after 23 purchases, I noticed a sudden increase in price currently ₹;80 which feels high compared to the actual quantity delivered.
Your advertisements suggest the coconut contains 1.5 glasses of water, but in reality, I often receive coconuts with barely half a glass of water. This is quite disappointing. Also, the ads show coconuts sealed in hygienic plastic covers, but mine often arrive uncovered, which raises concerns about cleanliness and safety.
I request you to please maintain transparency in your marketing and deliver what you promise. Honest advertising and consistent quality are what build long-term trust with customers.
